The farmer's pig is as tame as a dog. It loves being spoon-fed by the farmer. Pigs are omnivores, outside they look for roots, bulbs and chestnuts in the ground. They also like worms and insects. The pig needs fresh water every day. Pigs are mostly kept in sties where they are fed potatoes, turnips, cereals and fruit.
